One workstation. Two trading systems in build. Three shipped systems behind them.
LD3 is a solo developer and retail quantitative trader. The work spans two arms: an algorithmic trading platform — the Market Structure Ghost Matrix and the Options Desk — and an autonomous AI software factory that ships production code from execution-ready specs.
The trading side is built around a dealer-positioning regime oracle: live positioning surfaces feed a dashboard wired into an authenticated brokerage API for live execution. The agent side runs HITL approval, Golden Repo taste anchoring, and a quarantine protocol for degraded skill nodes. Same operator behind every system — leverage compounds when the tooling does too.

Wired the dealer-positioning surface to the dashboard. Live regime read now renders side-by-side with intraday SPX prints. Next: stress test the flip-level recompute under fast tape.

Phase 2 execution FSM passing the dry-run gauntlet. 7 of 30 tickets closed. Decoupled the OTM butterfly scanner from the order router so I can swap venues without surgery.

Tuned the local inference layer for the agento spec planner — 3.4x throughput on the same hardware. Skill-node quarantine protocol fired cleanly on a regressed code-gen node.

Broker API token refresh loop now self-heals on transient 401s. Order ledger reconciler ships every minute and pages me if the deltas drift past one contract.

Backtest harness now replays the 2024 Q4 vol regime end-to-end. Drawdown profile on the OTM fly book is well-behaved through the November stress window.
